I am the founding director of the Blue Vine Foundation and have worked as an independent nonprofit consultant for over twenty-five years. After earning my Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership, I have worked with several extraordinary nonprofit, ministry and government organizations. I am impressed, and truly humbled, by the commitment it takes to start and sustain those organizations. My work became a lifelong passion. I want to help people who help people.
The academic arm of the foundation, Blue Vine Institute, was established in 2014 to provide development training to help Christian nonprofits meet their financial goals. The Institute is funded by grants and donations and offers affordable workshops and retreats to organizations of all sizes.
I recently released a book, Seek and They Will Fund: A Fundamental Approach to Christian Grantwriting. The book provides an overview of nonprofit funding including grantwriting, community collaboration and free resources.
